Churches Together in Totton & The Forest Edge have decided to produce a Newsletter that will probably appear four times per year. The symbolism of their newsletter heading is that Christians and Churches are linked together by the Cross of Christ but also that we have the privilege and responsibility to share the Gospel in the community around us. The purposes of their newsletter are…

  1. To let people know about the activities of Churches Together and to feel more involved in united Christian ventures;
  2. To encourage local and informal links between the churches.
  3. To share information about what is happening in each other’s churches.

To fulfil these objectives, they have decided that they need someone in each church to be appointed as a Liaison Person – to receive the master copy, get copies printed for their congregation, and feed information to the Editor for the next issue.   Each church will be sent a Master Copy from which it will be their responsibility to produce enough copies for their congregation to be given one – not left in a lonely pile!

  • If you would like more details of this particular Newsletter please contact Bryan Spinney, 28 Oldbarn Close, Calmore, SO40 2SY or e-mail b.spinney@ukonline.co.uk
